Complete Property Services is an independent family run business, formed eight years ago,
primarily as a result of poor personal experiences whilst trying to purchase, renovate and
negotiate management of our own properties in this region. Since then we have been
operating a successful property sales office, offering advice to clients on all aspects of
purchasing property and relocating to the Mar Menor region.

We have extensive knowledge of the property market in this area,
concentrating locally in and around La Manga Golf Resort and the
neighbouring villages, providing clients with a 'one stop' friendly
and professional service for the initial purchase and subsequent
management and maintenance of their homes, with transparent fee
structures whilst ensuring all legal obligations are met.

Our offices are in a prominent position fronting the main street in Los Urrutias,
next to the supermarket. Situated between La Manga Golf and Murcia airport
(both just a short drive away). The area is a property 'hot spot' currently being
