As owners of rental properties in this area ourselves, we can relate personally to your requirements and are here to assist and advise you on all aspects of renting, management and renovations.

With our own team and family living and working in the area, you can be sure that there is always someone responsible on hand to deal with any problems or emergencies.

We show below details of our standard services and charges but would like to emphasise that these are only guidelines and if you have any specific requirements, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please also note that our annual management fee covers weekly inspection, not monthly, as is the case with most other management companies. From experience, we know that properties need to be inspected more frequently, especially in the winter months and when they are not occupied.

Rest assured that should you entrust us with the management of your property, we will care for it as if it were our own.


As the area develops, our aim is to forge relationships with more holiday firms thus adding to our regular client base for holiday letting. We provide a fully professional Management service to our clients to ensure their letting potential is maximised, wherever possible, and to take away the day to day worries of looking after their properties whilst they are being used by other people. We ensure that the properties are maintained to a high standard, with all maintenance issues dealt with 'in-house' promptly and cost effectively. Regular inspections take place and all necessary equipment provided. Each property owner receives regular property reports and accounts.

These are guide prices for short holiday lets. Long lets are usually equivalent per month to weekly high season short lets. However, each individual booking will be negotiated and discussed with the owner prior to confirmation.
